These terms apply when your business uses SaralBench, the repair shop software made by Saral Techies ("we", "us", "our"), based in Hasanpur, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, India. "You" means the shop or business that uses SaralBench, and "your users" means the people you give a login to. By starting to use SaralBench or paying for it, you agree to these terms and the SaralBench Privacy Policy.

These terms are only about the SaralBench software. Our website, design and marketing services are covered by our general Terms & Conditions.

1. What SaralBench is

SaralBench is online software for running a repair shop: device intake, job cards, repair tracking, estimates, GST invoicing, payments, inventory, technicians, warranty, customer messages and reports. It runs in a web browser. We host it, keep it updated and back it up. The features available are those shown on the features page and in the software. We improve SaralBench all the time, so features can be added, changed or, rarely, removed. We won't remove a main feature you rely on without telling you first.

2. Early access

SaralBench is currently offered to shops through early access. We set up each shop with them. During early access, some features may still change, and we may ask for your feedback. These terms apply in full during early access.

3. Your account and users

The person who signs up for your shop must be authorised to agree to these terms for the business.
Each user must have their own login. Logins must not be shared. You decide which screens and actions each user can access, and you are responsible for what your users do in SaralBench.
Keep passwords and sign-in codes private. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
When someone leaves your shop, remove or disable their login.

4. Price and billing

SaralBench costs ₹1,000 per user per month, or ₹10,000 per user per year, plus GST (18%). A user is anyone on your team who has a login. Your customers are never counted as users. The current price is always on the pricing page.
White-label: if you choose to run SaralBench under your own brand and web address, a brand fee of ₹3,000 per month (plus GST) is added to the per-user price, billed monthly. You need your own domain name, and you are responsible for having the right to use the brand, logo and domain you give us. Ending white-label returns your account to standard SaralBench branding.
The price includes every feature, unlimited jobs, customers, invoices and branches, and free setup and data transfer for early access shops.
Charged separately, only if you use them: automatic WhatsApp and SMS messages. WhatsApp and SMS providers charge for each message, and we pass that cost on to you at cost. Messages you send yourself through WhatsApp click-to-chat are free.
You pay in advance for each month or year. If you pay by an automatic payment method (such as a card or UPI AutoPay mandate), it renews automatically until you cancel. Otherwise we send you an invoice before your renewal date.
Adding users: you can add users at any time. A user added part-way through a period is charged for the rest of that period, in proportion. Removing users: a removed user stops being charged from your next billing period.
We issue a GST invoice for every payment. If you want your GSTIN on the invoice, give it to us before you pay, because we can't add it to an invoice after it has been issued.
Price changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. A yearly plan you have already paid for keeps its price until it ends.

5. Late payment

If a payment is not made by its due date, we'll remind you. If it is still unpaid 7 days after the due date, we may make your account read-only: you can still sign in, view and export your data, but you can't create new jobs or invoices. Full access returns as soon as the payment is made. If the account stays unpaid for 30 days after the due date, we may treat it as cancelled (section 7).

6. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp. You won't be charged again, and SaralBench keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
No part refunds: payments for the current month or year are not refunded part-way, for monthly or yearly plans.
7-day money-back on your first payment: if SaralBench isn't right for your shop, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. This applies once per business.
Message charges (WhatsApp and SMS) for messages already sent are not refundable.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days after we approve them, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If we stop offering SaralBench or end your account for reasons that are not your fault, we'll refund any period you have paid for but won't receive.

7. Your data, and what happens when you leave

Your data is yours. Everything you and your users enter into SaralBench (customers, devices, jobs, invoices, stock and so on) belongs to your business. We use it only to provide SaralBench to you, as described in the SaralBench Privacy Policy. We never sell it and we never contact your customers for our own purposes.
Export: you can ask us for a copy of your data at any time. We'll send it in common formats (Excel/CSV, and PDFs for invoices).
After you cancel, or your account is treated as cancelled, you have 30 days of read-only access to view and export your data. After that, we permanently delete your shop's data from SaralBench. Copies in our backups are deleted as the backups roll over, within a further 30 days.
We keep our own records of what you paid us (our invoices to you) for as long as Indian tax law requires.

8. Your responsibilities

Your customers' data: you are responsible for collecting your customers' personal data lawfully, for telling them how you use it, and for getting their consent where needed, including for WhatsApp and SMS messages. See the SaralBench Privacy Policy.
Tax and invoices: SaralBench calculates GST from the settings you enter (GSTIN, rates, SAC codes, place of supply). You are responsible for those settings being correct, for checking your invoices and returns, and for filing them. SaralBench helps with GST, but it does not replace your accountant.
Messaging rules: automatic messages must follow WhatsApp's Business Messaging policies and, for SMS in India, TRAI's DLT rules (registered sender ID and templates). We help you set these up.
Used phones and IDs: if you buy or sell used devices, you are responsible for following the law that applies, including checking seller identity and whether a device is reported stolen.
Acceptable use: don't use SaralBench for anything illegal, to send spam, to store content you have no right to store, or to try to break into, copy or overload the software. We may suspend an account that does, and will warn you first where we can.

9. Our responsibilities: service, support and security

We work to keep SaralBench available at all times, but we don't promise it will never be interrupted. We do planned maintenance outside shop hours where possible. Problems caused by your internet connection, devices, or outside providers (such as WhatsApp, SMS or payment providers) are outside our control.
Backups: we back up SaralBench data daily.
Support: by email, phone and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 IST, except public holidays. We reply as quickly as we can, usually the same working day.
Support access: to set up your shop, move your data in, fix problems and answer your questions, our support team can access your account. We only do this to help you, and SaralBench's activity log records it.
We protect your data with the security measures described in the SaralBench Privacy Policy, and we'll tell you without undue delay if a security incident affects your data.

10. Who owns SaralBench, trademark and copyright

The SaralBench software, its design and its name belong to Saral Techies. While your subscription is active, you get the right to use it for your own business. You must not copy, resell or rent out SaralBench, or try to copy its code. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve SaralBench without any obligation to you.

SaralBench™ is a brand name of Saral Techies. It is not a registered trademark: the ™ sign only shows that we use the name as our brand. You may name SaralBench to say that your shop uses it, but not use the name for your own products or in a way that suggests we endorse you. The software, its code, screens and documentation are protected by copyright, © 2026 Saral Techies, all rights reserved.

11. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about SaralBench is limited to the amount you paid us for SaralBench in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business, tax penalties caused by incorrect settings, or harm to reputation, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending the service

You can cancel at any time (section 6). We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms (section 8) or stays unpaid (section 5). We may also stop offering SaralBench, in which case we'll give you at least 60 days' notice, help you export your data, and refund any period you have paid for but won't receive. Sections 7, 10, 11 and 14 continue to apply after the service ends.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SaralBench develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. We'll email you about significant changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree with them, you can cancel before they take effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem quickly and informally. If a dispute can't be resolved, the courts at Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
