Margin on every repair
Because parts are used on the job card, each repair shows what you charged and what the parts cost. Add the monthly profit report, which takes sales minus expenses, and you can see whether the shop is actually making money.
Spare parts are where repair shop profit quietly leaks. A display is taken from the drawer for a job and never written down. A battery is "borrowed" by the other branch. The supplier says you owe more than you think, and you have no ledger to check. At the end of the month the sales look good, but the money is not there.

Supplier dues in a notebook
Purchases on credit from three or four suppliers, partly paid in cash, partly by UPI. When the supplier calls about dues, you have nothing to match against.
Branches out of sync
One branch has five of a part and the other has none. Parts move between branches by hand, and neither branch's count is right afterwards.

Stock per branch
Every branch has its own spare parts stock. A per-part ledger shows each stock-in, use, sale and transfer, so you can see where every unit went.
Parts used per repair, with margin
Add parts to the job card as the technician uses them. Stock goes down and the job shows the parts cost against what you charged.
Transfers between branches
Move parts from one branch to another with a transfer entry, so stock goes down in one place and up in the other.
Supplier stock-in and ledgers
Record purchases from suppliers to add stock. Vendor ledgers and payables show what you bought, what you paid and what you still owe.
Low-stock alerts
Set a minimum level for the parts you use most. SaralBench alerts you when stock falls below it, before a customer is left waiting.
POS counter sale
Sell accessories by scanning a barcode, and sell phones tracked by IMEI or serial number. Counter sales come off the same stock as repair parts.
